MY STORY

Cindy Bubla

LCSW-R, CAHCC

With 15 years of experience as a clinical social worker, my journey in supporting others has always been centered on emotional healing, personal growth, and relationship building. I began my career working as a school social worker in special education, where I spent 10 years helping children and families navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. During this time, I gained deep insight into the complexity of emotional well-being and how it affects every facet of life—particularly the profound impact it can have on families and communities.

As I worked closely with students and their families, I began to see that traditional therapy alone wasn’t always enough to bring about lasting change. I started exploring holistic approaches to healing—methods that address not just the mind, but the body and spirit as well. These practices, including mindfulness, somatic therapy, and energy work, had a transformative effect on both my personal life and professional approach.

Now, as a clinical social worker with extensive experience, I offer a holistic therapy practice that combines my formal training with these integrative methods. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking to rebuild their lives, heal from trauma, and rediscover their sense of self-worth. My approach is rooted in compassion and designed to treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

What sets my practice apart is my deep understanding of emotional and behavioral issues across all life stages, from childhood to adulthood. Whether you're seeking personal healing, improving your relationships, or restoring harmony within your family, I am committed to walking alongside you on your path to transformation.

If you're ready to take the next step in your healing journey, I invite you to connect with me. Together, we can work toward lasting change and help you rebuild a life of balance, peace, and fulfillment.

"Healing is not about fixing what's broken; it's about rediscovering the strength that was always within you. Growth happens when we allow ourselves the grace to evolve, one step at a time."
